These terms of service govern your use of urbanfield's renovation services and website. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
By accessing our website, contacting urbanfield for services, or entering into a renovation contract with us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
urbanfield B.V. is a limited liability company registered in the Netherlands with KvK registration number 91520483 and VAT number NL861975430B01. Our registered office is located at Beukenlaan 7, 1318 CR Almere, Flevoland, Netherlands.
urbanfield provides professional renovation and construction services including but not limited to kitchen renovation, bathroom remodeling, complete home renovation, interior design, electrical work, plumbing services, painting, and general construction. All services are subject to separate written agreements and quotations.
All quotations provided by urbanfield are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client and site conditions at the time of assessment. Any changes to project scope may result in additional costs. A signed contract and deposit are required before work commences.
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Generally, a deposit is required upon contract signing, with progress payments due at specified project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Dutch law.

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions and material availability. urbanfield will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timeframes, but delays may occur due to weather, permit issues, material delivery, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact.
Any changes to the original project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs and time extensions. urbanfield reserves the right to adjust pricing for variations that affect material costs, labor requirements, or project complexity.
urbanfield provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues arising from client-supplied materials. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment as specified.
All designs, plans, and creative works produced by urbanfield remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use designs for their specific project. Our company name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks and may not be used without permission.
urbanfield's liability is limited to the value of the specific project contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law.
urbanfield maintains appropriate public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and expect clients to cooperate with safety requirements during project execution.
urbanfield is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material supply disruptions. In such cases, project timelines may be extended accordingly.
Either party may terminate a project contract with written notice. urbanfield reserves the right to terminate contracts for non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of terms. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed and materials purchased. Clients may terminate for convenience subject to reasonable notice and payment for work performed.
urbanfield processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. If disputes cannot be resolved through discussion, they may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in individual contracts. We are committed to fair and reasonable resolution of any issues.
These terms are governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts. The laws of the Netherlands apply to all aspects of our business relationship, including contract interpretation and dispute resolution.
Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of website content. Users are responsible for their own use of the website and any information obtained from it.
urbanfield reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Existing contracts remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of signing.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
